Aqua World Exports Pvt. Ltd was established by Mr. Shreedharan Pillai Haridas (Managing Director)
& Mrs. Anupama Haridas (Director) in the year 2003.
Aqua World, started its journey as a retailer in Chennai to cater to the needs of people, in and around Kilpauk, by opening an outlet on the 11th of September 2002, at No.7, Ground floor, Alsa Towers Kilpauk. This is where our head office stands now.
In the year 2003, the company ventured into exports as Merchant Exporters. The following year we became Manufacturer Exporters, thereby starting our journey up the ladder of success.
AWE deals in live, chilled and frozen marine products. We are the leading exporters of a plethora of chilled sea food such as Black Grouper, Red Grouper, Tiger Grouper, Red Snapper, Black Pomfret, Chinese Pomfret, Seer fish, Coral Trout, Silver Pomfret, Anchovy, Prawns, Squids, Mussels, Lobsters, Crabs and Oysters to name a few.
Our material is sourced from various ports of India like, Nagapattinam, Rameshwaram, Tuticorin, Thuthoor, Kanyakumari, Trivandrum, Cochin, Kollam, Mangalore, Cuddalore, Ennore, Kovalam, Vishakapattinam, Nellore, Palassa, Oddisha, Kasimedu & Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Our products are exported to several countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Kuwait, Doha, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, London, Orlando, etc.
A typical day at Aqua World begins with the receiving of goods at our factory located at #6 East Kalmandapam Road, Royapuram, Chennai where the material is checked, graded, weighed, and packed with ice in EPS boxes and are sent to the airport to be airlifted to the assigned destinations. We cater to international markets, supermarkets and restaurants as well.

Mr.Shreedharan Pillai Haridas (Managing Director)
Mr. Haridas, a graduate in Commerce, developed an interest in business at an early age. Hard work and dedication have been his success mantra. Apart from being a successful businessman, he is also an animal lover and a philanthropist.
Mrs. Anupama Haridas (Director)
Mrs. Anupama Haridas, a post-graduate in Psychology, is the able administrator of the company. Her passion for business, perseverance and devotion has played a key role in the success of AWE
